Tianma Announced to Integrate European Sales Chanel

Yesterday in Munich, Tianma(TIANMA) through its wholly-owned European sales subsidiary, Tianma Europe GmbH(TME), reached an agreement and signed contract with Renesas Electronics Europe GmbH (REE) to transfer REE's display business unit (DBU) to TME.
REE DBU is currently the sole distributor of the display products of NLT Technologies, Ltd. (NLT), a Japanese subsidiary company of TIANMA and responsible for Sales and Marketing for all NLT industrial products in Europe.
TME and REE are now focusing on a smooth transition strategy for the existing customers and partners to ensure continuous supply of NLT products and its services.
Under the Agreement, TME and REE have pledged to complete this transition on 1st April, 2015. TME will be renamed Tianma NLT Europe GmbH (TNE) and will be headquartered in Dusseldorf, Germany. Drawing upon the strength of each of its contributors, TNE, the newly organized company and new name aims to resonate with customers and stimulate new opportunities for expansion of the LCD business in the industrial, automobile and consumer market.
This transaction constitutes a major step towards TIANMA's effort to consolidate its global distribution channels, after the establishment of Tianma NLT America, Inc. in November of 2013.
