As announced in Feb. 25, 2011, our company will newly start in July 2011 as a joint venture company between NEC Corporation and Shenzhen AVIC Optoelectronic Co., Ltd..
And this time, we'd like to inform you that the new company name is determined to "NLT Technologies, Ltd.".
The concept behind the new company name "NLT Technologies, Ltd." is based on our intention to establish the new brand name "NLT" which is very familiar to many customers as the acronym of our current company name for long time, and to strengthen "Technologies" which is a key factor to extend new "NLT" brand.
Under "NLT Technologies", we'll continue suppling more preferable products and services to our customers while maintaining present business policy and corporate philosophy, and focusing on industrial market continuingly.
It is really appreciated if you would continue giving your favors of guidance and encouragement for us, even though becoming new company name.
